Why We Exist
Leadership + Design is a collaborative of educators, strategists, and experience designers committed to transforming the work of school leaders through intentionally designed professional development experiences. Through our work, we seek to build capacity, create conversations that lead to action, and make deep connections between and among school leaders and schools.
Our Values
People: We are human-centered and relationship-oriented. Our work enhances relationships and builds and deepens connections between colleagues, peers, teams, and self.
Action: We inspire people to act by modeling experiential learning and helping leaders develop the habits, skills, and mindsets of effective designers, innovators, and collaborative problem-solvers.
Collaboration: The work of effective leaders is highly collaborative, as is our work with individuals, schools, and organizations, We partner with others, build on ideas and model and teach exemplary collaboration.
